SHIPPING & DELIVERY:

We take great care in shipping your products to you, hence we partner only with reputed courier companies to deliver your orders.

Important Notice:
We are dispatching Herbal Teas to most parts of India! However, delivery times may be longer than usual due to restricted movement and regulations or unforeseen factors. We need your support!

• Free Shipping on orders above Rs. 400.
• Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, dispatches may take 1-4 days. The delivery time and rates vary from place to place.

The cancellation of the item product will only be initiated if we receive a request by email from you within one hour of placing the order and before your order gets dispatched. If you cancel a pre-paid order there will be no refund and instead, you will be issued a credit voucher equivalent to the amount of your order which you can use against your future orders.

RETURN POLICY:

We accept returns only under the following circumstances:
• If you receive a different product from what you have ordered. You need to notify us with the same within 24 hours. So that we can process your application for return. The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Please note that weekends and other declared holidays are not considered working days, since our shipping partners do not work on these days. While we shall fully try to ship all items you have ordered together, this may not always be possible due to restricted movements. We do not guarantee arrival dates or times.
